| •Once your order is confirmed, and the deposit is completed - no cancellation is allowed. However in the case of order cancellations, deposit is non refundable |

| •We will not ship the order before receiving the complete payment (either 50% or 100% of the total cost of order as stated above). |

| ORDERING STEPS |

| •We use friendly shopping cart system. Simply add products to your shopping bag using the "Inquiry" button under each individual product . Products will be added to your "Shopping Bag" automatically. When you have completed your selections, use "send inquiry" button to forward your order to us. Please note shopping cart is NOT order, orders will only be processed once a final written pro-forma invoice is sent to you and appropriate deposits have been paid by Telex Transfer |

•Or you may create a list using MS Excel containe items of your order with item code and quantity, then send it to us directly by email to handicraft@dewata1.com. |

| •We will reply to you with price of the products that you are interested to purchase. Once you have decided to place the order, we will provide you with a pro-forma Invoice indicating the full cost of your order, including the shipping cost. |

| •SHIPPING COST : please inform us name of the port or airport of your location/final destination of goods, city, state, country, in order to quote shipping cost. Please note that a full container shipment will allow you considerable savings on freight charges. |

•PAYMENT: For orders totaling over US$2,000 a deposit of 50% is necessary to process your order. For total orders less than US$2,000 you must remit 100% of the total amount on the pro-forma invoice prior to processing your order. We prefer that all payments be processed by Telex Transfer (T/T). You may contact us directly should you need any additional details on Telex Transfer. |

| •We require approximately 3 - 5 week to prepare your order before they are ready to be shipped.It depends on what kind of item and quantity. A full 20ft or 40ft container will take approximately 30 - 40 days for all products including packing. |

•We will inform you when your order is finished and ready to be shipped. Then you must complete the final payment, if necessary. |

•Once the order is in transit, we will send you the copy of shipping bill and any related shipping documents. We will continue to keep in touch with you until the order has arrived safely. |
